“Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this. The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. “A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). "King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變. "
