“this hotel is a little surprise. Doesn’t look much from the outside and not helped by being next to a disused building. However, once you enter it is a very different experience. The hotel is lovely, well maintained and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a family room which was very good, though could do with some better quality bed linen. “Have to say the staff who dealt with us front of house and I the restaurant, are pretty much the best I have ever experienced. Only downside of anything was kitchen side as waited over an hour for breakfast after ordering”
