“the only attraction of this hotel is the wonderful seaview / beach view. the same comment before i book and after i stayed there. “What a lovely location! I selected this hotel on a whim to relax after a busy tour. What a lovely place on a quiet cobblestone lane. The back faces the lagoon with a lovely view, water sports are available and the front faces the ocean and long sandy beach. Exquisite rooms, delightful staff, a charming hotel. A pleasant walk or tuk tuk to town. I enjoyed my stay. A little off the beaten path but so worth it. Oh and there is a small pool which I didn't use as the ocean was warm and so close.”

“Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa 80. Our room was comfy and Henry, his wife and staff couldn't do enough for us. The tranquil garden was a real haven and the pool was a bonus. We weren't far from excellent beaches and the railway station. A tuktuk was available to run us to wherever we wanted to be whether to the local market or local gardens. And the breakfasts were excellent.”
