“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible experience overall. I had a room booked for the most expensive option, the King Suite. I was expecting a comfortable stay however the room i was given was next to some mechanical room of some sort that was extremely loud. Sleep was impossible with such disturbing noise. When i requested to change my room to another, i was told that this was the only King Suite in the whole building. I then decided to change to a cheaper standard room however i was still charged for the……

“There is no standard SOP for the maid. No towel after cleansing the house. I have to ask the front desk for towel but some times, they answer me they do not have any towels right now”
