“The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The location is so convenient, we were able to walk to our hot springs appointment and to dine out. We also ordered room service for breakfast and it came fast and was so good. This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last.”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “Beautiful house, great views, lots of space and plenty of bedrooms! Very clean, everything worked as it should. Very private, no neighbors on top of you but close to town and attractions. Grandchildren loved the swings and we enjoyed ping pong and the pool table! We had a fantastic time hanging out on the deck and especially the screened porch in the evenings. Would stay here again!”

“Loved the location. Gorgeous old growth woods and very quiet neighborhood. You can see a couple of neighboring houses and some car headlights occasionally but still very peaceful.The house had a great layout for us. Two bedrooms on main level was great for us older folks while three bedrooms and a second living room downstairs was perfect for the kids. I also liked that the main level felt cozy (I.e., not too big) with comfortable seating and a cool, easily accessible deck. Also, kitchen……
