“I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended.”

“As most was positive about the hotel, I’ll just mention the negative as a way the hotel could improve the customer experience. They have several cutting edge (for hotels, at least) electronic systems that aren’t explained in any way other than icons, and we are left to figure it out on our own… and if we don’t, we miss getting our room cleaned and resupplied. Plus the “nightlight” feature turns on not only some under cabinet lighting in the bathroom (very much appreciated) but also lighting at……

“This is a new property conveniently located in a quieter part of Besiktas, close to the ferries and buses, making it convenient to get around, but without the noisiness of the central strip. The room itself was huge - a suite with separate sitting room and kitchenette and everything was very clean and well kept. “Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor!
