“Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again ”

“Older property, but well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. On site parking a plus. Has both a restaurant and a pub ….. food was good. Comfortable bed but no A/C …. Not a problem in May….probably would be in summer. No elevator”

“Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training.”

“Overall a decent hotel. Cooked breakfasts were particularly nice. Delicious smoked kippers with hard boiled eggs and toast soldiers. Excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Would have liked larger portions of fruit salad and plain yogurt to be offered in breakfast buffet (was provided on request). Bed comfortable. Kettle and fridge very welcome. Room perhaps needed a little more storage space. Climbing into bath perhaps a little difficult for our height - 5 foot 6 inches. Room had air……

“A fabulous hotel in the heart of Tunbridge Wells - our room was huge and beautifully decorated. Parking on site was a bonus. We didn’t have a chance to visit the bar or restaurant but it smelt and looked amazing! We’ll be back! ”

Additionally, hands-down, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on at a BnB. Great mattress and sheets were nice and crisp High-quality experience, all around!”
