“The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. ”

“Worst house keeping , no one comes even after calling again n again to clean the room , towels are stinking, After spending huge of of money to relax . U don't get hot water in tap , Bad experience ever , I would never recommend any one to stay here...”

“I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. It is just an amazing fun to sit in the morning or in the evening at the swing and listen to the birds chirping. Even if you don’t stay here, you should come here to eat the lunch or……
