“Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). “Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is……

“Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team……
