“This place is an amazing hidden gem in Manuel Antonio! It is a perfect stay for anyone looking for unique, chic, extremely clean but simple! “We had a wonderful week long stay at Shana. Our 7 year old daughter had a blast at the pool and the beach nearby (hotel has direct access). We saw so much wildlife right from our balcony! Staff were very nice and helpful and assisted us with making plans in the area. Shana also set us up with transportation to/from the airport. We appreciated the hospitality!”

“Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. ”

“Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’air climatisé qui s’est arrêtée. Carlos a été très gentil et l’a réparé mais elle s’est brisée de nouveau pendant notre 2e nuit. Les draps n’étaient pas super propres. Aussi, il manque d’espace pour nos effets personnels. Pour le reste, tout était parfait. Carlos est un passionné et nous transmet sa passion avec amour. “Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views.
