“The room is clean, but there are limited outlets. As you approach the building from the highway, you can see into the rooms and you can see mattresses stacked up against walls in some of the rooms. Make sure to get the actual shuttle because the Uber experience was negative and it cost us money on our own instead of the free shuttle as advertised. The staff is very kind. But there were mixed messages from one phone call to another around what services were available.”

“just wish the pool and hot tub would of been open, but other than that everyone was very friendly and the rooms were nice. would stay again. also better to keep our car there for our cruise then pay at port. and when we returned everything was fine with our car nothing had been touched or messed with so that is also a huge plus!”
