“This is an amazing old building. They managed to modernize without getting rid of the charm, including original floors. The room was large, but cozy. Instead of your typical hotel room, the decor and finishes really make it feel homey. The staff was great. We let them know we would be checking in quite late, and even though they didn't have an overnight desk person scheduled, the guy at the desk stayed until we got there at 2 a.m. The attached Mexican restaurant was delicious. “Loved our stay. Having the kayaks were a blessing. Fishing was fun and activities we done around the area. A few things we could suggest would be a broom and couple of trash bags would have nice. The trash was left in the garage so it stuck to high heaven. We couldn’t enjoy the ping pong table because of it. Otherwise we had a wonderful, relaxing stay . Thank you”
