“We arrived late but David the owner was lovely and very welcoming. We were showed to our room and it was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was really tasty ”
“It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”
“I have eaten in Michelin starred restaurants but this was as good as these. Room was impeccable and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every possible detail had been considered, from the umbrella hanging outside the room, to the pre dinner nibbles.”

Outside the room window was an air conditioning unit or generator which meant it was too noisy to leave the window open which was a shame as it was a warm day.
Apart from that I’d recommend and stay again.”
“The property was clean, smelled lovely, nicely decorated. The room was spacious, bathroom was nice and big. Good shower. Coffee and tea facilities with easy instructions. Easy access to local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and local walks. Breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend staying here. ”
