“The property was amazing! Very clean and well stocked in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Apartment was great for what we needed and very clean. We didn’t get to use the amenities as much as we would have like but we will hopefully be back soon. The property backs up a lot at the main security gate especially around 5-6pm. However, there is an alternate entrance on the east side of the complex that we used instead to avoid it. ”

“This place was great. We went to both Disney and Universal and this place was a great location for both of them at a great price. There’s a nice club area with a pool, lazy river, and water slides that our kids loved. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all 3 kids in the other bedroom. Overall this was a great place to stay. ”

“They canceled my reservation hours before I was supposed to be there With no explanation. They held my money for about 5 business days, which is inconsiderate. They ruined my trip. I thought I was gonna have a nice relaxing trip but I had to book my hotel reservations a day at data time. I didn't get any credits, no apologies, no phone calls, no nothing, then I got a email 3 days later saying that the room had a leak.”

“It was very clean, organized, and loved how the place looked. The manager is very easy to contact if you need anything. Loved the extra decorations i ordered as well. Overall 10/10 stay!”

“Bright, well-kept condo! Condo had everything we needed — dishes, towels, hair dryer, etc. So nice for our teen son to have his own bedroom instead of sharing hotel room. Right across pond from community clubhouse. Easy access to restaurants, Target, Wal-Mart. Good walking/running paths. Quiet complex. 10-15 minute drive to ESPN for our daughter’s dance team competition.Property owner/host was very responsible to my few questions. Check in instructions were very clear!”

“We were in Orlando for a dance competition that was held at the Disney Coronado resort. This was a short drive and a great location for us! The condo itself was extremely clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive to my questions. Our kids loved the pools, water slides, and lazy river. It was so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I was worried about the temperature based off of a previous review, but we actually were a little chilly with it set……

“I loved how smooth the check in process was. We were able to extend our stay by one day by email. Shine Villas was easy to work with and our property was beautiful and clean.”

“A great place to stay during my daughter’s college tournament. I felt safe and the unit was spotless clean upon my arrival. It was quiet and I had everything I needed in the unit during my stay. A lightbulb needed replaced and the response was immediate. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The place was very clean, beautifully decorated. Bright & open! The balcony view was the lake & main pool. We could have used some extra towels, I think we only had 1 towel per bathroom. Not a big deal as they have a washer & dryer but that would be the only "negative" I can think of. Everything was perfect! ”
