“We were there for a short three day stay. Our stay was related to a funeral. The second floor condo was nice with an easy 2-3 minute walk to the main pool. The condo interior was nice. It could use some new carpet in the bedrooms but was tiled throughout the rest of the spaces. It was clean and roomy. Really, we thought this complex was an absolute gem!!! The pools were wonderful. “The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. “We loved it! Great bedrooms and kitchen, lots of closet space, and really appreciated the two full bathrooms with family. It was very clean and the table and bar were great for meals. “Every thing was great, place was nice & clean, check in was easy and all staff was helpful and friendly until I went to check out this morning around 7:30. The woman working the desk was so busy cleaning the windows that she didn’t even acknowledge me. Once she finished cleaning the windows, she walked away and never acknowledged me once. I set the room keys & gate pass on the desk and left; I wasn’t about to let her ruin my vacation. Other than her everything was amazing. ”

“This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable.
