“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. “The room key doesn’t work sometimes. I think the back of the apartment is swimming pool when I see pictures online. But it’s not. ”

“Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. "There were only 2 mini bottles of water and when I went to the front desk to ask for another 2 bottles, I was told I could get ice water in cups in the lobby. Unbelievealbe! Front desk service is poor, other staff are very friendly."
