“Our first time at Lake Pointe Inn was amazing. The property has a ton of charm. There is ample seating in outdoor and indoor common areas including a gorgeous fire pit overlooking the lake where we spent several hours each night. The best part of our stay (apart from the tasty breakfast!) was the staff. Each and every person, not just the owners, were friendly and genuinely glad to have us. “Staff were very friendly, helpful, and on-top of everything. fresh baked cookies adds a nice personal touch. Hotel itself is standard, well kept, and clean. Ample parking, and within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a walmart, having a car here is best. A bit pricy for a rual small town, but not expensive. ”

“We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view! 3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to……
