“Not too bad. For the price it’s got what you need and the little office in the front where the pool and coffee bar is, is pretty nice. I stayed at their sister location ANS Inn and suites I preferred that more for a longer stay. Either way, I definitely don’t mind supporting their business.”

“Really nice space, very cozy with great location. Very close to Cacapon State Park. Nicely appointed. Owners are extremely friendly and responsive to questions. We want to go back!”

“My wife and I were looking for a place like this to spend the weekend and have some quiet time away from the "city." The house was very clean, our dogs loved the large backyard, and we enjoyed our stay! The host keeps a large supply of cookware/utensils and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. There is also a huge collection of board games which we had not played in a long time. It was a relaxing weekend, and we did not have any issues during our stay. Would highly recommend this place! ”

“Met a friend here after I had been camping/cycling the C&O from DC. Shower was great as were the facilities. Not too many places for a decent meal in town but we made do with the gas station pizza! ”
