“Nice & quiet area. Grounds were pretty, plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a skillet or two. Additional paper towel rolls would be helpful. Fairly clean, needs new carpet in the bedroom and bathroom needs painted and deep cleaned. ”

“Check-in couldn't have been easier, there was a key pad at the door that we used all week, no need to mess with a key. The apartment was centrally located, had be been in better shape and inclined (we were 2 70yr ladies) we could have walked everywhere. Felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. Three groceries stories within a block of the apartment. The water temp and pressure in the shower was AMAZING, could have stayed in the shower all day. Would definitely stay at E Chestnut……

“Loved the location and historical feel of the property. We liked the fact we were able to walk to the Little River Pub and Deli where the food was really good. Highly recommend the Bryson Sandwich. We enjoyed shopping at the Apple Valley Store and the Cades Cove Winery. Pigeon Forge was only a 30 minute drive, but we preferred the more peaceful and less hectic location in Townsend. I was originally concerned about the number of stairs, but once we were settled in loved the apartment and……
