“The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the……

“Modern, clean and beautiful. It’s a duplex, a little bit to close to next door it’s really good if you have a 2 family or big families you can rent both places. Very close to restaurants and bars serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Manager are very nice and they will help you out fast it you have any issues or requests ”
