“Cosy hotel on the promenade, couple of minutes walk into town and fantastic views of the Great Orme”

“Friendly welcome, Sue has great knowledge of the area and suggested a couple of lovely places to eat. She noticed we had brought a bottle of wine for when our child went to bed and brought us up 2 wine glasses. This hotels location is perfect, very short walk to Tram station, Pier, and sight seeing bus stop all within 2-4 min walks. We will be visiting again as there is so much to see and do in the area. ”

“We enjoyed our short stay. The house is big, with a garden with swings etc our child and we loved, a decked terrace to enjoy the views, dedicated barbecue area etc. Spacious bedrooms. The beach and town centre is only a short walk away. It was great to have all the essentials made available. Hope we can return one day with our extended family! ”

“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items. But the most important question about the stay -……

“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. “There is nothing I didn't like about this property. From the minute we checked in we were made to feel so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were amazing, the property was stunning and the interior was so stylish. There was some confusion over my booking a week before we were due to stay and there were no rooms left. The manager kindly put us in the lodge which is a lot more expensive. It shouldnt have been dog friendly but he made an exception. They even brought us a box……

“The views from our bedroom were amazing, we had a room at the back away from the road. The staff were very helpful and when I had to complain about my steak they sorted it. The rest of the food was well cooked, they did have a few choices on the menu not available, which wasn’t great. Our room was clean, the only real issue I had was the bathroom, it needed updating and there was mould on the ceiling. The shower was very powerful and lots of hot water.”
