“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“I loved my stay at the William. The bed was comfortable, room clean and well decorated. The only reason I did not give the staff 5 stars is that I didn’t really interact with anyone. I did receive a timely text giving me instructions for the room. Everything was easy to follow. My only suggestions would be a couple of more hangers and larger wastebaskets since you don’t have maid service. I would definitely stay at your lovely hotel again.”
