Only my wife & I stayed, and we enjoyed Ryan’s drinks at Pete’s along with great dinner at Watertable. My wife opted for Pacific shopping, while I enjoyed the beach/pool. Also, Close proximity to Newport for fashion island & balboa. The upper rooms with balcony & ocean views were ideal for coffees in the morning. This is the place,……

“The Hotel, the beds, every thing is great, I have stayed about five times in this Hotel, this time they change the breakfast to a very bad mediocre something, I would not call it breakfast, pre made egg sandwich in a bag, hard very hard boil eggs, not the breakfast I was use to having in this hotel, probably is the tariffs, well thats my take on this, if you are planing to stay here, the hotel is great don't count on the breakfast, have a great day ! ”
