“The receptionist, Lucy, overcharged us for the stay. Make sure you check your receipts before payments. Rooms are badly neglected, especially plumbing, with smelly toilets and blocked bathrooms. The garden and some staff were nice. If you are coming for a holiday I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the price compared to the quality. ”
“Great family, my son played with all the kids. Not a commercial hotel so felt very immersed with the Nairobi culture, breakfast was served with flexible times, Serah helped me with tourisy info and calling for uber. I would recommend to family and friends especially if they have kids. The room was cozy, towels provided, breakfast was great!”
“There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management”
“Lovely and clean rustic place including room and common area. Love the detailing to the space, better ambience than in a hotel! We could easily park our car safely at the space outside near the garden within the house compound. Cosy and clean bedding, equipped with electric kettle, fridge and cooking place. Good WiFi, could shower comfortably in the bath. Highly recommended!”
