“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“The air conditioner was perfect to block out street noise but not so loud it was sleep-distracting. The room was clean and well furnished, the bathroom was spotless and supplies were perfect for my needs.”

“The staff was amazing! The area was quiet. There was a slight hiccup with our hotel keys but housekeeping lettuce in and reported it to the front desk so they had new cards waiting for us when we went back to the front desk. The overall room was clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was there seem to be some sort of buildup on the shower head which made it spray everywhere getting water all over the floor that I had to clean up.
