“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room.”

“Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. “Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags.
