“What a little gem! Absolutely loved everything about this place. The surrounding area is beautifully tended to and has a real upmarket feel about it. Everything you need in the hut, board games, fan, heater, hairdryer. Can’t fault it. Would highly recommend. ”

“Very welcoming. Amazing location, with epic views. Easy to get to Fistral beach and Crantock beach. Wicked spot at the top of the hill 5 mins walk to the top of cliff edge to watch the sunset. Restaurant food was delcious for breakfast and dinner. Room size prefect, we had the family, which had a seperate room songle room adjoined to our double. Amazing ocean view from the hotel. Free parking, no issues . All the staff were very polite and very accomodating. Definitely will stay again we……

“Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies.……

“An exceptional stay. Superb staff. I stayed with my teenage sons and puppy and the care and attention shown by staff was above and beyond. The hotel might not have 5 stars or be deemed luxurious, but the comfort, friendliness and level of service, far surpasses many of the 5 star hotels I have visited. It was tailored to meet our needs perfectly! We will return!”
