“Came to do some hiking with some friends. Central location if you are looking to do the fire towers! House as described, though with an older home, the doors are a little wonky. Kitchen pretty well supplied, could use a pasta pot and regular frying pans (there is a cast iron pan). The crock pot was a plus! Nice Solo Stove out back - we were lucky with the weather and had a nice cocktail hour outside!”

“We were a party of 10, and had a comfortable stay at Terrie’s beautiful home. The teens had a great space upstairs with a pool table, games, and plenty of beds. The adults enjoyed the main floor with a fully stocked kitchen, big dining room table and cozy sitting area. Downstairs was a perfect space for all our ski gear. We’d definitely return for another stay! ”

“The house was comfortable and quiet. The property was absolutely beautiful and the surrounding views were lovely. The kids and our dog had a great time running around. The owners were very nice the couple times we ran into them and came right over when we managed to lock ourselves out almost immediately after arriving! We had a great time. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”
