“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. “The staff were very friendly, nice breakfast. Super close to the train station, which was ideal.”

“The facility is nice, the room is well equipped with basically a full kitchen including a stove top. So that would be helpful for longer stays. Check in was a little bit difficult because the second person staying in the room had to wait in the lobby for 13 hours until the primary person's plane landed.. Even though this was explained in advance, they were still made to sit in a chair for 13 hours. But the hotel is very recommended and hopefully my one little experience is not commonplace.”

“Very friendly staff. They quickly took care of trash in front of property someone left. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Assortment of foods delicious and appreciated- every Wednesday there is an appetizer hour! The only problem was a long wait on hot water from our sink but they sent someone over to check and it required more fixing (They did offer to change our rooms). Great stay with helpful and warm staff. ”

“It's great that there is microwave in the room. I hope that the hotel can be more flexible with the extended check-out as the hotel only allows a late check-out to 1pm even if the rooms are not fully occupied.”
