“Friendly staff at check in and check out. Wi-Fi was stable and worked well. Room was very clean and looked exactly as in the photos. Mattress was comfortable, a/c cooled room down quickly. I didn’t use the pool, but it was right in front of my room and if I had had time I would have - it looked inviting. I’d never been to Del Rio before, but will be back in 3 weeks and will stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, basic motel with a pool.”

“Had a great time at the secluded cabin. Did a bit of hiking, jeep 4x4 trail riding, and wife got to pet some of the farm animals. ”

“We had the most amazing time!! We had swimming holes up and down stream!! Up stream was deeper for and better for my teen kids! We fished, kayaked and swam everyday we were there! Me and my husband loved the little coffee bar also! Got up and drank coffee on the outside deck by the river and seen some deer! It’s a beautiful place! We all slept very comfortably also!! (Pic was taken about a mile upstream when we kayaked down from mile marker 19) ”

“We stayed for two days with two adults and two teenagers to relax before the holidays. It was exactly what we needed and what was pictured in the listing. The property had great outdoor seating areas, view of the river, and the house was a great size for four people. It's also close to some of our favorite state parks for hiking. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Mona's cabin on the river. Home is well stocked and has 2 nice sitting areas outside. The yard has lots of shade and stayed pretty cool and breezy for the middle of summer. The walk down to the river is beautiful and has a spring creek that feeds into the Nueces which gave a nice spot to cool down.”
