“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“This is my ever bad experience to stay in such poor "hotel". It is a nightmare. 1) In fact, it cannot classified to hotel. It is a only very poor room with self check-in. No any service at all. 2)The room is quite small which is a big different from the booking information. 3) The water tap does not work probably. Only a extremely hot water comes out from tap, no cold water. The water temperature is extremely high and can burn your skin. 4) No glass supply for drinking and cleaning the……
