“Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. ”

“Perfect location for our family - close to amenities. Some of the bedroom windows don't have any guardrails so should remain locked if you have young children staying.”

“The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!”

“This property has five good sized, comfortable bedrooms. It’s a few minutes walk to the bus stop and then an easy ride into Brighton. Very attentive host. ”

“The house is well sized and spacious with a lovely terrace. It's one of the best kitted out kitchens I've stayed at, we could comfortably cook for 8 of us both nights and it's well placed with buses and a walk into the city centre for exploring. I highly recommend the house.”

“Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and……

“We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion……

“We had a fantastic time staying in Brighton as two families. There were 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space in the house.The house is lovely and spacious, everything you needed was there and located in a perfect spot in Brighton, near the beach, pier and the shops.Tania was an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. Beforehand if there were any questions or needed to know anything she responded straight away. We had a lovely time in Brighton.”

“What a stay we had in this fantastic home! I can’t thank Jaqueline enough! Everything was so easy - we were in contact throughout the year and every question I asked was answered right away. We stayed in a group of 22 - bed situation absolutely fine! Had the mad platters afternoon tea - wow the set up was stunning ! The food was incredible! We booked a silent disco and done it inside the house. We had enough room to do this upstairs in the kitchen / dining area. - it was incredible Everyone……
