“The check in & out was faultless. We had room 6, the only small thing was the lack of electrical plugs as the skirting board height meant that it wasn’t possible to plug in an appliance, but they had one power cord to compensate. The hotel was perfect location & central, plus the added touch of Easter eggs upon entry really cute. I’d stay there again. Super clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of communication & helpful. Even though we was facing the road we found it quiet. ”

“The hotel is a half block from the sea and close to shops, pubs, and restaurants in Kemptown, as well as walkable to central Brighton. My first room had a few problems, but management very kindly moved me to another room the next day. I would stay here again. ”

“Excellent over night trip for work, originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed it so much stayed a second! Locals lovely and friendly, staff are helpful and welcoming. Rooms are basic but ideal For an overnight work trip or for the football near by, there is NO parking, its a side road of if you’re lucky you may get in the tiny courtyard at the side of the hotel. Local shop next door and a takeaway for the nights they dont do food. Will stay again 100%”

“I was prepared to be underwhelmed as the price was modest for Brighton. However it was a nice room , staff interaction was good and the location all be it a couple of miles out of town led to a nice 50 minute walk in along the prom and the beach huts. All in all a happy stay and the street parking situation was far better than the town centre.”
