“Lovely room, comfy double bed No water in the room good communication, via Ring doorbell, then they called me back, so the street couldn't listen in, Fan and hairdryer supplied in room, window you can open for fresh air Robe and slippers a nice touch, but you need them as private bathroom across the hall and up to is the next half landing Short walk to the beach, about half a mile to pier and a mile or so to station. Lots of cafés and shops nearby, co-op hairdresser and pubs Great fish and……

“Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. ”

“Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!”

“It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.”

“Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead. Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach. The weather was glorious as well!!”

“Easy comms with the host. Location super convenient. Room clean (some wear & tear to be expected) Was able to purchase parking permit with ease through host. Enjoyed some time in the adjoining pub also run by property host who were very attentive and helpful. ”
