“I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.”

“We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. “It's Brighton, so not far from anything. Close to the Lanes. They have a discount deal with a local restaurant but you have to ask for it. The onsuite single room was small but I was there to sleep not entertain, so that was okay for me. The only slight negative was that it was not very dark when the lights went out. But as I said earlier was asleep at night so only a little negative.”
