“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“員工十分的親切還有熱情，雖然電梯壞了所以得自己扛很重的行李，但他們有幫忙搬~我住的是六人房，房間比想像的大很多，行李很夠放，但是床沒有窗簾是小缺點。浴室是一間房間一個，很乾淨而且若是忘了帶洗髮乳沐浴乳可以去跟櫃台拿~ 一樓還有自助的廚房，如果想要喝熱水可以自己去燒，很推薦可以去哦!”

“Stayed for the Easter Bank holiday weekend and had a lovely time. The room I stayed in had a fantastic sea view and was fully stocked with all the hotel essentials you could need. The price was slightly expensive but the staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The hotel is located right on the beach front, with a short walking distance to transport, the pier, bars, and amenities. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this hotel for anybody seeking a cosy room with a seaside……
