“We love d the location near the Solano Avenue with lots of local shops. perfect for 3-4 people. Kitchen was well stocked. Robin, the manager, was friendly: checked on us to make sure we are doing OK and even let me borrow one of his bikes.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Comfortable, quiet place with a very responsive host. We enjoyed the neighborhood and had some great takeout within a few minutes walk. The parking that comes with the unit might seem a little tight if you are not used to city parking, but we had no problem getting in and out. And there is a good amount of on street parking as well. If we are back in the are we would definitely stay again!”

“I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.”

“Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again! ”
