“Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”

“I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. “Comfortable, homey apartment in a very convenient neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from our family. The host was very communcative and made finding the place, parking, arrival and departure easy. The weather was hot and humid,so the air conditioners in each room were kind of loud, especially in the living room, but very welcome. Bathroom was a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order.”
