“In almost every way the Gaslight Inn is a five star experience, but as much as I wanted to give it five stars I couldn't because of two issues. The good: The property is charming both inside and out. It was very clean. The rooms were quiet. The bed comfortable and the pillows usable (too many properties give you pillows that look great is pictures but are terrible to sleep on). The owners (who live on the property) were veryf friendly and helpful. The Issues: Parking, it is all street……

“Vince was very welcoming from the start, he sent us a guidebook for the property which included ideas of what to pack, what the property provides and places to go around Seattle. The place is very clean, the room smelled very nice and there was fresh towels provided in the bathroom. The common area was shared with other guests who are very polite and respectful of the space. The area around the apartment is quiet and beautiful, only a short walk to the nearest grocery shops, cafes and parks; and……

“We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. She provided excellent customer service & put us in a different unit. She kept following up & was great. Even though Berlin Wall was a step up from……
