“The property was beautiful! The road to the villa was a dirt road and with all of the rain was not in very good shape. I'm glad we were driving an SUV as another car may have bottomed out on the drive to the villa. The property manager was very responsive to any issues. The location was only minutes from Montepulciano. ”

“Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic……

We were 7 adults and two babies and the fact that we had four rooms with ensuite bathrooms was so convenient.
