“This small “railroad apartment” (that is, an apartment having distinctive living spaces that meet a variety of functions such as gathering, eating, cooking, bathroom and respective sleeping quarters joined together by a lengthy hallway) is just a gem! Less than a full block from Bryn Mawr, PA’s renown Lancaster Avenue, the ample space is situated on a quiet street just steps from eateries and other intriguing shops. Will definitely rent again, if the need arises!”

“Property is very comfortable is decorated very comfortably was extremely clean. The kitchen is large and set up well there was even a Keurig machine. We didn’t have any issue with the parking We left our car on the street overnight for free There’s a long staircase going up to it, but it wasn’t A problem for us and it is on an intersection corner, but again wasn’t an issue for us 100% stay there again ”

“David was a wonderful host. He was responsive to questions both before and during our stay. His place is large with three separate sizable bedrooms with plenty of closet space (one with a desk of someone needs to work) and a good sized family/living room area. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking several meals a day. Neither the kitchen nor bathroom were terribly modernized, but they were clean and definitely adequate for our purposes. The location is convenient for eight a walk or……

“Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend……
