“Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend……

“We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! Tom was very quick to respond and accommodating leading up to our trip, but we were slightly confused by the check in process as we received a code for the door but also instructions telling us to come to the front porch to get a key and instructions of how to get to the property.
