“Sauberkeit Freundlichkeit motivation top service trotz lockdown”

“离中心城区比较远，是看中小木屋这个条件去的。只有夜间巴士可以直达酒店，酒店离一个火车站比较近。酒店的早餐品种比较单一。酒店走廊没有铺地毯，夜间和清晨离店的客人，搬行李的声音较大，影响客人休息。我们的房间安排在2楼，窗外就是停车区域，晚上也一直听到大巴车的声音。”

“The entire staff was very accommodating, the hotel itself was beautiful and the food was very good as well. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.”

“Hotellet er veldig rent og pent. Noe av det reneste jeg har sett. Og jeg reiser mye og legger godt merke til hygienen. Spesielt badet men ellers også. Vi hadde sovesofa på vårt standard dobbeltrom. “The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. Beautiful views overlooking lake Lucerne. We were able to have a set on the outside patio which was fantastic. The only issue was the a/c unit. It cooled very well but……
