“Really spacious comfortable room, although we did find the shower position a bit awkward. Staff very friendly and efficient, whilst the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.”
“Hawksmoor House ist ein klassisches, 300 Jahre altes Capholländisches Bauerngehöft. Wir waren zuerst im Herrenhaus untergebracht, dann in einem Nachbargebäude. Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. Wifi gibt es nur im Herrenhaus. Nach einer Corona-Pause könnte hie und da die Fassade frisch gestrichen werden. Aber dies sind wirklich winzige……

“This is a gem of place. Beautiful site with its own pool, hot tub, restaurant and gardens supplying the vegetables for the table.
The chef is a great character and very good. The drinks offer there is also very good and trusting with an honesty box for payment.”
“Lovely tranquil accommodation. Hosts most accommodating and arranged transport for a nearby event we were attending. Food also great. We had requested an evening meal, which was home cooked excellence. ”
“Great property. The entey road is a dirt road however at the property there was paved parking near the apartment. The apartment was spacious . It had netflix and prime . The kitchen had the basic cooking utensils and full sized fridge/freezer along with washing up liquid. Bathroom was a decent size and had towels included. They had cleaners come in regularly to deep clean the apartment”
“It's a beautiful place... with open space where you see the mountains and vineyard. Great place to rest and relax. Very welcoming and approachable staff. Beautiful people.
It is sad that I only have a night with Wedgeview... Will definitely book this place again for a longer stay...
