“All the rooms are different but all are good-sized. Our room has double bathroom sinks, a large shower, a chaise lounge in addition to two armchairs. Very comfy. The breakfasts are excellent! “Plumwood boutique hotel was situated close to all the amenities in Franschhoek. The room was spotless. The staff were excellent on always on hand to help us. We had an amazing breakfast with a fantastic choice. Lovely little touches such as a bed turndown, message on our pillow, slippers, hot and cold drinks always available and a beautiful bracelet as a parting gift. Only thing I can score it down for is attention to detail on housekeeping -teapot and cup not cleaned away one day. Stairs and hall carpet needs a vacuum. “We were greeted like part of the family, the room was HUGE (room 5) and the location was perfect. Walked about 15 min to wine tram and there were plenty of restaurants around (Allora had great Italian food!) Breakfast was wonderful, staff was so friendly! Wish we could have stayed longer but we highly recommend this property!”
