“The Davis House is wonderful—large, spacious—and just as described in the listing. It really is fully equipped with just about anything one would need. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is great and the laundry room on the second floor is terrific. William is a gracious owner and answered all our questions promptly. He was a pleasure to work with and it was a pleasure to stay here. We will definitely be back.”

“My stay was great but i was a little bit disappointed downstairs at the beginning when we came the water in the entire house was warm but the next day i shower with cold water until i left. Expect that inconvenience the communication with the property manager was great he was so quick to respond.”

“I wanted a fun place to stay close to friends in Oak Park. We had 2 teenagers and they basically lived in the basement with the games while we stayed here. You can hear them talking in the basement while on the main level. The location was good for our needs.”

“Overall, the house was comfortable with nice seating. There was a television but with a cord that could not be plugged in as there was no outlet by it.The upstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, but these also required that we walk up steeper type steps- as it was an older home which was fine for our group. The lower bedroom was kind of scary as it led to the garage and a set of doors led to the patio. One guest was not comfortable with this. We had a pleasant stay and the directions to……
