“I thought this was a fabulous, up market hotel. The rooms were fabulous, the pool gorgeous in fact everything was great. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast menu was extensive, but only for cooked breakfast. I don't eat cooked breakfast. I asked for cereal and toast. I was given a small box of corn flakes (no choice) 2 slices of toast and a mini jar of marmalade for us both. My partner had a cooked breakfast and therefore no cereal. There is a definite need for……

“Because of the fab views of Robin Hoods bay. I took a punt and booked into this old hotel. From walking through the door I was blown away by how the communal areas have been modernised. Even though the staff were obviously busy, I suggest they quickly learn to be a little friendlier/ warm to guests (they weren't bad, just not engaging).”
