“Lovely cottage. Only moments from the harbour, and seconds from a micro-pub! Great! Scratchcard parking provided for "W Zone", so all good. Plenty of living room seating, dining table, and a real fire (but we had no need to light it). Very comfy bed, large bath with shower”

Text the mobile number provided and took 26 hours to get a reply. Luckily Evie from the Whitby office phoned for a courtesy call and brought us the spare master keys to access to property. We found only 3 towels had been provided for a family of 4, emailed Evie Saturday regarding this and never received any reply. Unable to……
