The property is in a beautiful, safe community, making it perfect for all ages. We stayed with my sister’s family and our elderly parents (88 & 82), and everyone felt comfortable and at ease. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so outstanding that I had to share. Highly recommend!”

“We fully enjoyed our stay! The saltwater canal offered opportunities to view wildlife like a pod of dolphins and an alligator from the lanai. The setup of the home was great for our needs and the property manager was very quick to respond as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short drive to shopping. ”

“We arrived and the alarm actually was set so I called the owner and they took care of that immediately without having to come onsite. I appreciated the timely response. After that it was smooth sailing. Great location, super close to stores and our family in Cape Coral. House was clean despite other reviews. Plenty of towels (bath and beach). Also had some pool floatie sand toys as well. My kids loved it and so did we. Thanks for a great stay. ”

“We stayed a week and loved it! The pool is a little smaller than we thought but still big enough and fun! There was tons for the kids to do and we had fun fishing off the back and using the kayaks! The location was perfect for us! There was construction nextdoor but it didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again! The hosts were very responsive as well! Overall a great stay!”

“We had an excellent 42 day stay at the Waterfront Villa.We travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area every January-February. This was our first stay in this home. We were 100% satisfied with the home and Jana, our wonderful host. We could not be more pleased.Check in communications were excellent. Jana met us at the home and gave an overview of the home and instructions on the pool/spa. The home was clean and well stocked when. Our kids spent 2 weeks with us in the home. The home handled all six……
