“It was our first stay at the King Arthur although we have been visitors to the pub for many years. We were thoroughly impressed with room number 8 from the moment we entered, spacious,clean, great views over the beautifully kept gardens, great shower room and a credit to the house cleaning team. The breakfast was a delight, great choice of fruit and cereals, and a freshly cooked welsh breakfast of your choosing with locally sourced ingredients, always better than buffet style. “This place was amazing. I was in the suite upstairs which was the same price as a room. It was huge with a big bathroom. I met who i assume to be the owner. He was a very nice bloke. There was no dinner available when I arrived but I arrived quite late and it was a short walk to find dinner. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again, no worries.”

“Check in was seemless and our bags were carried up to our room. We ate in each night, 3 times, several special offers, good range of dishes, expertly cooked and presented. Cooked breakfast was excellent with several options. Happy hour in the bar between 5 and 7pm, buy 1 get 1 free. Overall a great stay. ”

“We stayed at Sessile Oak by Marston's Inns and really appreciated its convenient location — close to shopping malls, a beach, and with easy access to nearby destinations. The property offered a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. On arrival, there was a bit of a queue, but the staff handled it professionally and were genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. “Such a lovely stay on this Sunny day. What a wonderful nartural-view from rear side balcony, lambs grassing in the hill side field and the hill view is additional bonus in the evening. Glad i choose the Summer time to this stay.”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”
