“Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful; breakfast was an order the day before option but a good selection and of good size and reasonable quality. The day I had to leave before breakfast time a bacon sandwich was made for me and available for me to take on my early departure. A nice touch was the complementary biscuits, bottled water and hot chocolate sachets in the room were replenished daily. “The staff were really excellent, from memorising our breakfast preferrnces, to reporting maintenance issues, and providing invaluable local info! Maintenance issues were: hairdryer not working, and a sliding loo seat (!) but quickly dealt with. A really comfortable stay. ”
