“Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes. ”

Also its location is ideal; it's right next to the Riggi train, the ferry stop and the bus stop. How perfect is that?! “Sehr schönes Design! Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und mit Smart Home ausgestattet und bieten deshalb jeden Comfort. Als Paar auf der Durchreise hatten wir 1 Übernachtung gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist große Klasse , es fehlt an gar nichts und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den See lädt zum verweilen ein. Kurz gesagt empfehlenswert. ”

“早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。”

“Very clean and tidy, provides free parking space. Great if you drive your own car to there. Room is just a bit small. It would have been much better if room rate includes breakfast. We went there with a little kid, there's a built-in (wall-mount) foldable bed provided without extra charge.”

“Just perfect. Very nice staff. Comfortable room and bed. Very new and stylish. Clean carpet and bathroom. Breakfast is good. Location is good too if driving a car, the motorway exit is within few hundreds metres away i think.”

“Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.”
